This is a unique training opportunity - I have developed sequencing and strategies over the years that make classes more fun, connected, and effective, with far less herding of cats.

Chakra Kids Yoga is a yoga teacher training program that specializes in weekend yoga teacher trainings. I offer five weekend modules - they can be taken singly, or combined, to build a wide base of knowledge and experiences for participants to directly change their lives as well as children lives everywhere. I help connect our students and graduates with opportunities to teach kids and family yoga to build their experience and and start their kids yoga teaching career.
